Question:
Do we need to meet with you in person?

Answer:
We recommend a face-to-face meeting to ensure that we understand what you want and that you feel comfortable with us. However, if you wish, we can have all communication by phone and e-mail, because we realize how busy you are before a wedding.

Question:
How do we book our wedding with Northern Lights Video?

Answer:
Simply call or e-mail us and we will check to see if your wedding date is open. A $1200 deposit is needed to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due on or before your wedding day.

Question:
How far in advance do we need to book?

Answer:
We will only shoot one wedding per day; which means we can fill-up pretty fast. Generally your date will be open if you book 12 to 15 months before your wedding date.

Question:
Will you be obtrusive and interfere in the wedding or special event?

Answer:
We ask you what level of interaction you are comfortable with before the wedding day. We will go out of our way, not to be in the way. We get many comments after the wedding on how people did not even notice we were there.

Yes. We will travel most anywhere.
